2.2. We reserve the right to request age verification to comply with local laws.
2.3. If you provide false information about your age, we reserve the right to terminate your account and cancel any pending orders.

3. Account Registration

3.2. You are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for any activity under your account.
3.3. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.
3.4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, particularly in cases of fraudulent or illegal activity.

4. Ordering and Payments

4.1. Order Process: Orders can be placed online through the Kegshack platform. All orders are subject to availability.
4.2. Payment: We accept payments through major credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payment methods as specified during checkout. All payments are processed in Jordanian Dinar (JOD).
4.3. Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order; it is a confirmation that we have received your request.
4.4. Order Acceptance: Kegshack reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its discretion, including cases where the product is out of stock or you fail to meet the eligibility requirements.
4.5. Pricing: Prices for products are listed on the platform. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price in effect at the time of purchase.

5. Delivery

5.1. Kegshack only delivers to locations within Jordan.
5.2. Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on location, product availability, and external factors beyond our control.
5.3. Delivery Conditions: Deliveries will only be made to customers who provide valid proof of age at the time of delivery. If the customer is unable to provide sufficient proof of legal age, the order will not be delivered, and a refund may not be issued.
5.4. Delivery Fees: Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout. Any applicable taxes or fees will be clearly indicated before you place your order.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1. Return Policy: Due to the nature of the products we sell (alcoholic beverages), we cannot accept returns unless the product delivered is incorrect or damaged.
6.2. Refunds: If you receive a product that is incorrect or damaged, you must contact Kegshack within 48 hours of delivery to request a refund or exchange. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or discrepancy.
6.3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to process.

10.1. Kegshack provides the Service "as is" without any warranties or guarantees. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free or that orders will be fulfilled without interruption.
10.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kegshack will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
