A very attractive pink wine, full of freshness and elegance. Its notes of forest fruits and its cherry flavor will delight you. Ideal as a cold aperitif.The Grenache or Garnacha grapes, which give rise to this wine, come from the Curicó Valley, fields located near the Andes Mountains at an altitude of between 500 and 700 meters.

Vinification: Once the grapes are harvested, they are gently pressed to obtain the fermentation must.

 Alcoholic fermentation was then carried out in stainless steel tanks for 20 days at temperatures between 15 and 18°C.

Ageing: After alcoholic fermentation, the wine remains on its lees for 3 months.

Pairing: The perfect complement for smoked ham and grilled salmon. It also goes well with fresh white cheese, a wide variety of seafood such as sushi, and salads. Ideal for snacks. 

Serve at 6-8ºC.
