Ageing: Bleeding method. Controlled fermentation and fining with low temperatures in stainless steel tanks for 6 months

Color: Clear light pink with rose petal nuances

Nose: Intense nose reflecting notes of exotic & red fruits (strawberry, blackcurrant)
